On first launch you'll confirm the people-in-video consent and that you're 16+. Then upload a practice video: you can watch it back full screen, note moments yourself, and ask for AI compliments — the analysis takes about a minute. Compliments land pinned to the timeline; tap one to jump to that moment. You can also invite people you trust (or a whole practice group via one link) to leave compliments of their own.
A monthly allowance of fresh-video analyses, with all dance styles included — the exact number is shown in the app. Revisiting an already-analyzed video with another lens is free. When you run out, you can wait for the monthly reset or subscribe to Premium.
An auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual, no free trial) that unlocks unlimited analyses and premium share templates. The price is shown in the app before you confirm.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. To manage or cancel: on your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Dance Kudos, and change or cancel it there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
You can delete a single practice video from its screen — the compliments and catches attached to it are removed with it. To remove everything, go to Settings → Delete account: this deletes your stored videos, compliments, and catches; analytics tied to your device identifier is removed as well, which can take additional time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Practice videos can show identifiable people, so the app is for users 16+ and asks you to confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. Please don't upload videos of minors without the rights and consent to do so.
The compliments are automated. Clear, well-lit footage where you're visible for a continuous stretch works best. You can report an inaccurate compliment right from its card — that genuinely helps.
Everything here is compliments-only, and every message passes an automated check before delivery. If something still feels off, report it with one tap from the card itself — and you can block the sender silently. Repeated safety reports suspend a sender's community access.
